Lynette Wardle is principal harpist of the Richmond Symphony and the Albany Symphony. Ms. Wardle has appeared as soloist with the Richmond Symphony and the Salt Lake Symphony, and as a chamber musician with Trilogy, a flute, harp, viola trio that plays frequently in New York City. As a freelance musician she has performed with EOS Chamber Orchestra, Long Island Philharmonic, New Haven Symphony, the Cape May Music Festival, and the Vermont Mozart Festival. She also plays in Beauty and the Beast and 42nd Street on Broadway. Lynette can be heard on recordings with Trilogy, a self-titled CD being released in December of 2002, the Albany Symphony, Canyonlands; a new music ensemble, and several movie soundtracks. Lynette received her masters degree in Orchestral Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 1998. Before moving to New York, Lynette received a business marketing degree from the University of Utah, and was the second harpist with the Utah Symphony. |
